“Quality Leads” are those either developed by United Real Estate directly from one of our own proprietary lead-capture websites, or purchased from a highly trusted lead source with a good track record with us. While no lead source produces 100% perfect leads, Quality Leads are more likely to be real, current, and interested than other categories of leads.

Best Practices – Overview

  1. Verify the email address.
  2. Enter the Lead into your Peak Performance system.
  3. Select the appropriate Client Marketing Plan (CMP).
  4. Create a Property Tracker for the Lead.
  5. Follow-up when prompted by the CMP

It really is that easy!  Steps 1 thru 3 should take 5 minutes or less, and once you get good at creating a Property Tracker, you’ll be able to accomplish that in another 10 minutes or so.  Our experienced agents can handle most leads in about 15 minutes total, and then they just follow the CMP.
